    Great customer service

    I ordered a pair of linen/ silk flip pillowcases in blush, for my 4th wedding anniversary. The cases were delivered faster than I anticipated- meaning I had to hide them away whilst we went away for our anniversary, meaning several days had passed before I opened the parcel. Unfortunately, one of the cases appeared to have a pull across the middle, which I was worried may get caught further with earrings.

    I contacted Cultiver, apologising for my delay in highlighting the issue and providing photographs of this. My email was responded to very timely manner and replacement cases were sent out very promptly. The replacement cases were faultless and of a fantastic quality.

    I may have had an initial issue but the great customer service means I would definitely buy from them again.
