    Quality Linen, Construction Not Great

    I am looking for a very high quality linen robe to replace an H&M fast fashion one I bought 13 years ago and held up unexpectedly well. I bought this one based on the description and good reviews. I was surprised to open the robe and see that there are two front panels with exposed facing and exposed unfinished seams. These panels sort of splay out when it's closed, and you can see it in the website photos here if you look close. I sent a photo to customer service of the exposed panels and they said it's a design choice. It's a credit to them that they did respond, and quickly. Overall, honestly, the construction seems almost worse than the one I bought at H&M. The fabric is gorgeous though, so I was pretty let down. Seems like it would greatly impact longevity, especially having those exposed seams with visibly fraying fabric, so I returned it.

    perfect robe

    Bought this for myself and I am so glad I treated myself to this lovely robe, not only is it comfortable and very well made but the colours used are gorgeous and slightly unexpected and a simple yet clever design, ( the ties are sewn in at the back so you don't loose the tie).

    Love the contrast colour, had many complements, deep pockets for glasses and phone a well thought out piece that will give many happy hours of wear.

    A Touch of Everyday Luxury

    Lovely robe

    I'm very happy with the robe. The color is true to the website. I got the larger size and it's definitely roomy. I normally wear mediums. I love the length, finally no cold ankles. The fabric weight is nice. Not super heavy but not thin. I feel properly covered, especially with the extra fabric. The pleating is very pretty
