Sale Returns Policy

Orders placed during our Anniversary sale are subject to our Promotional returns policy, and cannot be returned for refund unless deemed faulty by CULTIVER.

20% Discount: Products purchased at 20% discount can be returned for refund, store credit, or exchange to an alternative colour. Goods must be unused, unwashed and unmarked.

Products purchased at 50%+ discount are final sale and cannot be returned unless deemed faulty by CULTIVER.

In line with our Standard Returns Policy, all products must be unwashed and unused to be eligible for return. Returns for refund incur a $10 fee, while returns for exchange or store credit are complimentary.

Post-Sale Exchanges

If you would like to exchange a 20% discounted item after the sale has ended, we will provide a return credit equal to the full retail price (not the sale price). This ensures you can exchange like-for-like with the sale price for your original piece honored.

How to exchange:

1. Visit our Returns Portal and follow the prompts.
2. Select “Shop Now” to access your full-price credit.
3. Add your new items to the cart, and proceed to checkout; the credit will automatically apply at checkout.
   
   

Standard Returns Policy

We hope you are delighted with your CULTIVER purchase. However in the event you’d like to return your order, we are pleased to offer effortless returns and exchanges for all full-priced items within the United States. To be eligible for return or exchange:

• Goods must be unused, unwashed and unmarked.
• Return must be initiated within 30 days of delivery*.

We offer complimentary returns for exchange or store credit on orders within the United States. A prepaid return postage label will be provided via our returns portal. Returns for refund will be processed less a $10 return label fee, deducted from your refund. 

Returns for exchange will be processed once the return has arrived at our warehouse. Please allow up to 5 business days after your return has reached our warehouse for the return to be processed. This timeframe may be extended slightly during holiday and promotional periods. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
