If you are an interior stylist, designer, architect or developer with a portfolio of completed work, and would like to apply for a trade account, please complete all of the details below.
We offer this trade program to qualified designers, stylists, architects and developers who share the CULTIVER ethos. Your application will be reviewed in line with our partnership requirements.
If you are seeking a trade account as an accommodation partner, hotel, restaurant or bar, please apply for a Hospitality account.

If you are tax exempt, please provide your certification during your application process.
Orders should be placed online by logging into your account. We will send you instructions on how to activate your account and place an order once we’ve reviewed your application.
Unfortunately discounts cannot be passed along to others. Orders should be placed and paid for by the account holder, and refunds/exchanges should also be managed by the account holder.
If you can’t access your account, you can change your password by following the reset password link on the log in page. If you still have issues, please contact customer-care@cultiver.com.
Discount is applied in the checkout once your order qualifies for the discount. Please add all of the items to your cart and go to the checkout to see the trade price.
Items that are in-stock will be dispatched within 1 business day. If delays are expected, this will be displayed on the website. If your order is urgent, select UPS 2nd Day Air in checkout.
No, only a linen care information card will come with your order. An invoice will be included in your order confirmation email only.

We ask that all refunds and exchanges are managed by the account holder, and they should be lodged via our return portal.
To receive your complimentary Swatch Set, please log into your account via our website and add a set to your cart. When added to cart, a shipping charge will not be applied for this order. Alternatively, you can reach out to our team at customer-care@cultiver.com who will be able to assist.
