Shipping & Returns

Please note that due to COVID-19 we are experiencing additional delays with dispatch shipping and return processing due to staff shortages, however we will strive to have your order shipped and any returns processed as soon as possible. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you and thank you for your understanding.

Shipping

In stock items will be dispatched within 2 working days of when they are received, unless you are notified otherwise at the time of your order. 

Please note that during any promotional periods, dispatch times may be slightly delayed. 

We offer complimentary ground shipping for all full-priced orders to US and Canada. These will be shipped from our warehouse in California. Orders can be shipped to PO boxes via USPS only. 

Archive items are shipped at a flat rate of $10.

Returns

Our brand philosophy means we aim to uphold high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.  We understand how important it is to find the perfect linen combination for your home, and as such are happy to facilitate returns to ensure you are 100% satisfied.

Change of Mind

We will happily facilitate a return where the goods are unused, unwashed and unmarked and are returned within 30 days of being received. For change of mind returns, CULTIVER is not responsible for the cost of return postage. To process a return, please click here, and follow the prompts.

To ensure your return is processed as quickly as possible, please write your return confirmation number clearly on the front of your return package.

Please allow 5-10 business days once your order has reached our warehouse for your return to be processed and refunded.

Exchanges

Should you wish to exchange your purchase for a different colour or size, (Please see our ‘Change of Mind’ Policy for return conditions), we request you purchase your preferred item/s, and return the unwanted item/s for a refund.

Faulty Product

In the unlikely event that you have received a product that is faulty, please get in touch with a customer service representative at customer-service@cultiver.com so we can rectify this issue for you as soon as possible.

Sale Terms and Conditions

Please choose carefully as we are unable to make any amendments to, or cancel orders once they have been placed during a sale.

Items in the Archive Sale are not eligible for return, exchange or refund unless the item you receive is deemed faulty by CULTIVER.

Any additional codes or offers, including the 'Welcome Code' cannot be used in conjunction with, or applied to discounted items.

Archive items are shipped at a flat rate of $10.

Sales tax

Duties, taxes, and any import fees for all Canadian orders are not prepaid by CULTIVER. Customers will be liable for all import duties and taxes levied by the country your order has been shipped to. These will be due at the time of or after delivery. CULTIVER is not liable for these charges and these charges will not be reimbursed or refunded by CULTIVER. If you are unsure of the charges that apply, please contact your local customs office for more information.
