Please note that in our efforts to ensure the safety of our distribution team during COVID-19, we are experiencing additional delays with our dispatch shipping and returns processing. Shipping

In stock items will be dispatched within 2 working days of when the order is received, unless you are notified otherwise at the time you place your order.

Please note that during any holiday or promotional periods, dispatch times may be slightly delayed.

We offer complimentary ground shipping for all full-priced orders to the United States and Canada. These will be shipped from our warehouse located in California. Orders can be shipped to PO boxes via USPS only.

Please note;
Orders containing only swatch items are shipped at a flat rate of $10.
Orders of Sale or Archive items are shipped at a flat rate of $10.

Returns

We understand how important it is to find the perfect linen for your home, and uphold a high standard of quality and customer satisfaction. As such, we are happy to facilitate returns to ensure you are 100% satisfied with your order.

Returns

We will happily facilitate a return where the goods are unused, unwashed and unmarked, and have been returned within 30 days of being received. We offer complimentary returns for all full-priced items within the Contiguous United States.

We ask that you please open your package as soon as it arrives, as we are unable to accept returns that fall outside of our 30 day returns window.

To process a return, please follow the prompts here.

To ensure your return is processed as quickly as possible, please write your return confirmation number clearly on the front of the package, or on a piece of paper inside.

Please allow up to 10 business days after your return has reached our warehouse for the refund to be processed. This timeframe may be extended slightly during holiday and promotional periods.

Please note, should your return not meet our return policy standards listed above, it will not be eligible for refund and we will re-ship the order to the original address.

Exchanges

Should you wish to exchange your purchase for a different color or size (please read our ‘Returns Policy’ for conditions), you can return the unwanted item/s and request either a refund or store credit, before purchasing your preferred item/s separately.

Faulty Product

At CULTIVER we pride ourselves on the quality of our products, so in the unlikely event that you receive a product that is faulty, please get in touch with our Customer Service team at customer-service@cultiver.com who will do their utmost to rectify the issue for you as soon as possible.

Sale Terms and Conditions

Please choose carefully as we are unable to make any amendments to, or cancel orders once they have been placed during a sale.

Items in the Archive Sale are not eligible for return, exchange or refund unless the item you receive is deemed faulty by CULTIVER.

Any additional codes or offers, including the 'Welcome Code' cannot be used in conjunction with, or applied to discounted items.

Archive items are shipped at a flat rate of $10.

Sales tax

Duties, taxes, and any import fees for all Canadian orders are not prepaid by CULTIVER. Customers will be liable for all import duties and taxes levied by the country your order has been shipped to. These will be due at the time of or after delivery. CULTIVER is not liable for these charges and these charges will not be reimbursed or refunded by CULTIVER. If you are unsure of the charges that apply, please contact your local customs office for more information.
