Please note that in our efforts to ensure the safety of our distribution team during COVID-19, we are experiencing additional delays with our dispatch shipping and returns processing. We appreciate your understanding and continue to strive to have your orders processed as soon as possible. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you for your patience.


In stock items will be dispatched within 2 working days of when the order is received, unless you are notified otherwise at the time you place your order.

Please note that during any holiday or promotional periods, dispatch times may be slightly delayed.

We offer complimentary ground shipping for all full-priced orders to the United States and Canada. These will be shipped from our warehouse located in California. Orders can be shipped to PO boxes via USPS only.

To ensure a smooth delivery, duties and taxes on orders shipping to Canada will be calculated at checkout. You will not receive any further charges upon delivery. Please note, duties and taxes are non-refundable.

Please note; Orders containing only swatch items are shipped at a flat rate of $10. Orders of Sale or Archive items are shipped at a flat rate of $10.

Archive Sale

Please choose carefully as Archive Sale items are not eligible for return, exchange or refund, unless deemed faulty by CULTIVER. We are unable to make amendments to, or cancel orders once they have been placed. Archive Sale items are shipped at a flat rate of $10 USD.

Discounted items cannot be purchased in conjunction with any other discount codes or offers.

Promotional Period

For items purchased during a promotional period, we only offer exchanges for store credit. This credit will be issued at the full price of the item purchased. Free return labels are not available for sale item returns. Free standard dispatch shipping still applies within Canada and the US.

Please choose carefully as we are unable to make any amendments to, or cancel any orders once they've been placed during a sale period.

We understand how important it is to find the perfect linen for your home, and uphold high standards of quality and customer satisfaction. As such, we’re happy to facilitate returns to ensure you are 100% satisfied with your order.

Please read our Returns Policy below:


We will happily facilitate a return where the goods are unused, unwashed and unmarked, and have been returned within 30 days of being received. We offer complimentary returns for all full-priced items within the Contiguous United States.

We ask that you please open your package as soon as it arrives and try it on your bed prior to washing, as we are unable to accept returns that are washed, or that fall outside of our 30 day returns window.

To ensure your return is processed as quickly as possible, please write your return confirmation number clearly on the front of the package, or on a piece of paper inside.

Please allow up to 10 business days after your return has reached our warehouse for the refund to be processed. This timeframe may be extended slightly during holiday and promotional periods. Refunds will only be issued to the original form of payment.

Please note, should your return not meet our return policy standards listed above, it will not be eligible for refund and we will re-ship the order to the original address.

Special conditions apply for items purchased during a promotional period. Please refer to our Sales Terms and Conditions above.


Should you wish to exchange your purchase for a different color or size (please read our ‘Returns Policy’ for conditions), you can return the unwanted item/s and request either a refund or store credit, before purchasing your preferred item/s separately.

Faulty Product

At CULTIVER we pride ourselves on the quality of our products, so in the unlikely event that you receive a product that is faulty, please get in touch with our Customer Service team at who will do their utmost to rectify the issue for you as soon as possible.

Returns With Afterpay

You have the option to select Afterpay as your method of payment at checkout. For Afterpay returns, our returns policy applies, and you have the option to return your items for a full refund.

Once returns are processed, refunds will take approximately 3-5 business days to return to your account.

Please keep in mind that it is important to continue paying your Afterpay instalments whilst your return is on its way back to us and being processed by our warehouse as Afterpay will charge for any overdue payments. Once your return has been processed you will receive a full refund.

If you are partially returning your order, we can still partially refund you. Afterpay will reduce your instalment amounts or cancel depending on the return amount. To view your updated payment schedule, please log into your Afterpay account
