SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING
In stock items will be dispatched within 2 working days of when they are received, unless you are notified otherwise at the time of your order.
For orders under $200, shipping will be charged at $15. Ground shipping will be free for orders over $200 in value, unless a faster shipping option is selected and charged as shown at checkout. 
 
RETURNS
At CULTIVER, we believe in cultivating the good life’ with luxurious accessories. Our brand philosophy means we aim to uphold high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.  
We understand how important it is to find the perfect linen combination for your home, and as such are happy to facilitate returns to ensure you are 100% satisfied.

Change of Mind
If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your CULTIVER purchase, we will happily facilitate a return where the goods are unused, unwashed and unmarked and are returned within 28 days of being received. For change of mind returns, CULTIVER is not responsible for the cost of return postage.
To process a return, please email customer-service@cultiver.com. A customer service representative will provide you with an RA number to process your return. CULTIVER will not accept returns without an RA number.
Please allow 5-10 business days for your return to be processed. Full refunds will be processed the following Friday once products are received and inspected.
 
Exchanges
Should you wish to exchange your purchase for a different colour or size, CULTIVER will accept your return and process a refund (Please see our ‘Change of Mind’ Policy for return conditions). We kindly ask that you place a new order on our website for any item you would like after this process. 
Faulty Product
In the unlikely event that you have received a product that is faulty, please get in touch with a customer service representative at customer-service@cultiver.com so we can rectify this issue for you as soon as possible.
