Recipe | Berry Chia Cups

Our Berry Chia Cup Recipe is one of our favourite on-the-go snack/meal solutions not only because they're easily transportable but because they are delicious (and healthy)! 
Serves 4
2 1/2 cups of milk 
 1/2 cup of chia seeds 
 1 teaspoon of vanilla powder 
 berries to serve
    Divide milk and chia seeds between four glasses and refrigerate for a minimum of 2 hours. Top with seasonal berries or fruit, coconut flakes or chopped nuts. 
    Yummy with a dollop of yogurt or cream too. Drizzle with maple syrup or rice malt syrup if you prefer.
